Prevent Data Theft and Pre Qualifying Leads

We restrict access to lead data until the appropriate time to contact. We also restrict data available to a user making it very difficult to pass leads on to a third party.

Auto Call Disposition

The leads system has a set of buttons to allow the agent to quickly disposition a call and make a note, e.g. if there is no answer.

Scheduled Call Backs

Set call backs convenient to the customer so they instantly appear on an agents call list at the specified date time.

Lead Confirmation
